GENERAL CONTRACTING
The decision to install two prefabricated buildings or portables to add 4 new classes to our campus was made very quickly and Dallas International School had to find a company that could oversee the whole project from start to finish . . . Modular Building Associates obtained the necessary permits very quickly and coordinated all the contractors in a very efficient manner. We also appreciated the daily presence of MBA on the site which enabled them to respond quickly to our requests for last minute changes and to give us advice when we needed it.  This success is all the more notable because the weather was not always cooperating and DIS was witnessing growing anxiety among its parent community as the beginning of classes was getting nearer.

Were Dallas International School to consider launching a similar project, we would definitely consider working with Modular Building Associates again.

If you're in the market to purchase or lease a modular building, I enthusiastically recommend that you contact Jeff Austin with Modular Building Associates (MBA).  Our church is in a three year building campaign.  We needed classroom space to accommodate our growth prior to construction of our new facility.  We contacted Jeff and after viewing one building, which had been used by a school for less than a year, we quickly initiated the paper work to lease the modular building.  Jeff assisted us in relocating the modular building plus ensuring the building/site met all required codes.  Jeff provided much needed assistance and advice in receiving city acceptance and occupancy approval.

We are so pleased with MBA and in particular with Jeff Austin.  He is a man of his word, an honest, dedicated individual who goes well beyond what is required to ensure the customer is satisfied with the purchase.  I strongly recommend MBA as the modular building company of choice… if you want to deal with honest professionals, you need not to go any further than Jeff Austin with MBA.

We were searching for a building for our moderate sized Christian school.  The building committee had met with the design team at (a major national retailer) but, on our limited budget, we could only afford 8,000 sq. ft. of new modular buildings.  Upon finding the buildings from MBA, we were able to purchase over 14,000 sq. ft. and stay within our budget! The buildings were very lightly used and Jeff Austin's customer service was unbeatable. 

He worked with us from the negotiation of the price through transportation, set up and move in.
