Modular Building Associates offers customers a unique combination of style, attention to detail, creative problem solving and common-sense construction experience under the leadership and management of Jeff Austin and Lisa Austin.  Our company name says it all:  "Modular Building" is our product and 
"Associates" represents the other organizations and companies who impact the overall success of your project. MBA combines the talents and knowledge of factory representatives, state agencies, architects, engineers, interior designers, landscapers and primary subcontractors to provide the best possible long-term solution to satisfy the project objectives of our clients. 

Company Leadership
Jeff Austin began his career in the modular building industry in 1993 with a large national modular retailer.  Over the years, Jeff has designed, remodeled, leased and sold hundreds of thousands of square feet of modular buildings.  In that time, Jeff earned a variety of awards including Salesman of the Year and multiple top branch performance awards. 

Jeff received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a Real Estate minor from the University of North Texas.  In addition to his college education, he received instruction from various military schools, the most outstanding of these being the Army Engineer Officer Basic Course at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.  This four month residency program covered all aspects of military construction and engineering while allowing Jeff the opportunity to engage in all aspects of construction from building bridges, airport runways, barracks and bunkers to concrete analysis, excavation, electric, plumbing and framing.

Lisa incorporates her unique style and creative design with Jeff's construction experience to provide solid results for our clients.  Lisa has over fifteen years business experience negotiating the purchase of millions of dollars in radio and print advertisements across the country.  Lisa received their Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of North Texas with a minor in Marketing.

Customer Service Philosophy
Modular Building Associates has a unique vision of customer service other than what is currently offered by the modular mega-retailers.  Customer service should not be considered as a necessary evil in support of a rental fleet, but as a focal point of business.  Customer service is about relationships.  It is about solving problems.  Customer service is the most important activity any business can perform and is so much more than just a printed phrase on a business card.
