Administrative Office Building: 2,986 square-feet. A permanent office addition requiring standard installation (block, level, anchor and skirting) and project management to complete the project.
Overflow Classroom Building: 1,536 square-feet. A temporary classroom building was needed for three years by a church until a construction program was started. This project required meeting with local building officials and architects prior to installation. The building required only standard installation (block, level and anchor) plus construction of steps, decks and ramp.
Medical Office Building: 1,222 square-feet. A permanent medical office addition with three exam rooms for a rural practice. This project required standard installation (block, level and anchor), design assistance in planning the installation, and project management to complete the project.
Sales Office Building: 1,680 square-feet. The project consisted of providing a modular building for a used car sales office which just required standard installation (block, level and anchor). The client had a local general contractor handle utility connections and sitework.
Education Wing and School Lunchroom: 13,800 square-feet. Project consisted of a 7,000 square-foot education wing, a 5,250 square-foot lunchroom/assembly area and a small classroom building. The project consisted of standard installation (block, level, anchor and skirting), design assistance in planning the installation, and project management at the site for foundation construction.
School Campus Complex: 15,770 square-feet. Required the complete dismantle and removal of used classroom buildings. This project required project management and included unblocking, unanchoring and removal of skirting within a specific time period.
Administrative Office Complex: 10,752 square-feet. Required the complete remodel of used buildings to customer specifications plus installation of a site-applied exterior finish. This project required extensive design services and included standard installation (block, level, anchor and skirting) plus the exterior finish and remodeling contract.
Custom Classroom Building and Restroom Facility: 2,888 square-feet. Utilized standard factory finishes for a local city government. This project included standard installation (block, level, anchor, skirting) plus an extensive deck system.
Administrative Office Complexes: 10,080 square-feet. Project consisted of multiple buildings on one site with standard factory finishes for a local transportation authority. The project included standard installation.
Custom Non-Combustible Buildings: 2,520 square-feet. Project consisted of ten buildings to be used near high explosive aircraft fuel. This project incorporated custom factory finishes with exceptional structural design. This project required extensive design services to create a safe and functional facility for this customer.
Custom Administrative Office and Training Facility: 6,032 square-feet. Project incorporated the economics of factory-installed interior finishes with a site-applied exterior to match an existing hospital. This project required design services and turnkey installation to include site excavation, 'hot' tap into city water supply, electric distribution, split system HVAC installation, free flow condensation system, parking lot and concrete decks/ramps/landings.
Custom Medical Office Complex: 11,328 square-feet. A permanent hospital addition for eight doctors. This project required design services and turnkey installation to include complete utility connections of electric, water and sewer and roof-mount HVAC units. All interior finish was applied on-site to include tape, bed, texture & painted interior walls, upgraded carpets, upgraded T-Grid ceiling, custom cabinet work at multiple nurse stations and on-site installation of the exterior finish.
Custom Office Complexes: 15,840 total square-feet. Project consisted of a 12,240 square-foot building and a 3,600 square-foot custom sales facility for a large construction project. The buildings were constructed with standard factory finishes to keep the project economical and required standard installation. This project required extensive factory involvement with the design services to create a functional space at an affordable price while maintaining a professional appearance.
Nine Classroom Facilities: 6,188 square-feet. This project combined the on-site remodeling of a used building with turnkey installation for a local community college. The installation included electric connection to an existing transformer, tunneling the electric under a driveway, installation of conduit for data lines, poured foundation footers, custom deck construction and a 2,688 square foot building remodel.
Custom Classroom and Locker Facilities: 5,936 square-feet. This project was for a local private school and required design services and standard installation incorporating factory-finishes with site-applied exterior materials to match an existing building. The modular addition included a library, media room, classroom, a fire-rated Science Lab which required one-hour fire-rated construction and two locker rooms. The air filtration system designed for the locker rooms required superior factory engineering and applied common sense to a practical application.
